How’s your walk with Christ? Do you speak to Him only on a as crises basis? To ask Him to cure this illness?

Our walk with Christ NEEDS to be a daily basis, a thank You basis, and diving deep into His word asking Him to provide you the scripture you are reading’s full meaning when we are ready to understand it completely. Thank Him for life’s instructions on how to live as Christ Followers He so generously gave us.

Talk to God as if He were at the table or room, you are in and allow God’s response to go above and beyond your greatest imagination.

Although God may at times seem to be a million miles away from us when the truth is He’s closer to us then our next breath. Let us consider these two bible passages when it comes to God’s closeness to us.“The Lord will not reject his people; he will not abandon His special possession.” Psalms 94:14

I had a conversation on the phone years ago with a wonderful Pastor friend of mine he was in ICU in a nearby hospital with a severe case of CORONAVIRUS. I remember four days after being admitted he could have zero visitors. I know that he missed friends and family, but Pastor reassured me He is going to be okay, and he is NEVER alone he has Christ in the room with him.

I am sure you will most likely remember this hymn’s lyrics and title. The part of the song’s lyrics goes something like this: take it to the Lord in prayer | all because we do not take it to the Lord in prayer. Take not just a little bit to God, not only during our life’s toughest moments but also the greatest moments as well.

Lord, Help your beloved children to take EVERYTHING to God in prayer. Believe whole heartedly that regardless of the outcome He’s going to do what’s best for all involved. Help remind us Lord You are closer to us then our next breath. Lord, may we ALWAYS trust You in every moment that leaving us where we are and abandon ship. God is NOT like that at all. Help us Lord remembers You are present 24/7 365 let us Christ followers never forget this fact. Thank You God for Your unfathomable thoughts, prayers, for not leaving us where we are in the miracle of life You gave us. In Your Name I pray, Amen.
