by Jon M. Buhlmann

It’s amazing how modesty has evolved over the years! What I see people wear is not something I would personally take to goodwill. If I had knowledge, I could use some of the clothing to make a quilt, but I wouldn’t wear it.

I don’t believe personally that people truly appreciate the temple that God created us to be. In today’s age, there is no discussion about it. Another point I want to make is that they are known as private body parts for various reasons, but they are unfortunately not taught to children in today’s day and age. Do parents truly understand the message their children are sending through their attire or the actions they take towards their children and teens, such as wearing inappropriate clothing or not wearing it? It suggests that they are interested in engaging in intercourse or, at the very least, displaying naked photographs of men they are interested in.

In 1 Corinthians 6:19, the Bible expresses plainly that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit that you have received from God. You are not your own. Respect the body that was given to you! This dates to the beginning of the fall of man in Genesis when Adam and Eve saw they were naked, and God upgraded the fig leaves with the first blood shed of an animal’s hide to provide better clothing for Adam and Eve.

Nonbelievers and gentlemen may not like to see women or men of the opposite sex. They may also be disappointed that they think a woman or man who dresses in society is beautiful or handsome.
It’s important to be self-aware about what we allow our children, teens, and young adults to consider when presenting ourselves to society. Be modest! God may have blessed you with a wonderful personality and body. In all honesty, dressing appropriately will result in better treatment. Your personality is wonderful, and your body is more appealing than someone who dresses poorly but has a wonderful body.

The key is to protect your body, communicate effectively with others, and keep what is intended for your spouse’s eyes private. Modesty and your inner beauty are what truly make you truly beautiful.‭‭‬‬‬‬

by Jon M. Buhlmann To make a genuine apology, one must change habits, regardless of the format, and consider the severity of the sinner’s actions!

by Jon M. Buhlmann

To make a genuine apology, one must change habits, regardless of the format, and consider the severity of the sinner’s actions! Furthermore, it’s crucial to consider the motivation behind the apology and whether the recipient is willing to accept it or not. Also, acknowledging that it is taking complete responsibility for the requested action, with no excuses as to why it occurred, and making plans to prevent it from occurring again.

I am interested in witnessing the process of redemption. Let’s look at understanding and love, and also ask ourselves if it’s worth holding onto hurt, suffering, and harboring feelings when a genuine apology is offered but not believed to be genuine and heartfelt.

It’s not worth quoting scripture to obtain forgiveness. The One repenting needs to take the apologies before the Lord in prayer. Ask God to use His means to provide you with the wisdom and knowledge necessary to establish a plan for avoiding repeating the wrongdoing. Making an honest attempt to avoid repeating the wrongdoing through the use of strength, knowledge, love, and honesty.

Acknowledge your wrongdoing(s) to the Lord and request forgiveness. Ask Him to help you avoid repeating the same mistake. Talk to the person(s) you have sinned against to show your genuine repentance without any ulterior motive or desire to gain anything more than forgiveness, and don’t excuse your wrongdoing.

Should the person who committed the act not forgive it, will you be able to live without knowing that they died without accepting your apologies? My advice then is to take it to the Lord in prayer. God is capable of receiving and gaining His grace, peace, and tender love for His people and Christ followers. He is aware of both the request and the inner thoughts of the perpetrator. He is capable of rejecting denial without any remorse. Remember that you cannot make any errors in your apology to God or fool God with crafty words that you don’t intend to honor or be completely truthful.

by Jon M. Buhlmann How strong is your trust in the Lord? Why is it so difficult to trust God and His plans for us?

by Jon M. Buhlmann

How strong is your trust in the Lord? Why is it so difficult to trust God and His plans for us?

It’s an age-old question. The Israelites NOT trusting God to take care of the people He delivered from slavery and hardship. I have read through the Bible several times and can remember thinking to myself you idiots He didn’t just deliver you from the Pharos grip to NOT take care of you or without a master plan.

Something else that factors into our trust in God’s not going to provide a way to help pay the bills, it’s a gas bill, car payment, or other financial issues. We forgot or overlook the fact that God provides His creation with shelter, food, and protection from predators. From birds to elephants. God tells us “He cares for the birds of the air we are much more valuable to God than the animals He takes care of.”

Who are we that the God of the universe would give a single thought about my insignificant issues? Listen He even knows the number of hairs of each of His children. Since He cares about that detail, we need to trust Him to take care of big, and small issues that we can trust Him to take care of. God cares, He wants to hear from us He loves us past our human comprehension.

Do not let doubt in God overcome you, to convince you that He’s not going to not provide for his creations. He didn’t create us to fight for ourselves and try to solve problems on our own. No, He died for us to pay the price for ALL our sins. He wouldn’t have put His Son on the cross to abandon us and not provide for us. Sometimes He uses drastic measures to get our attention back on Him. It’s repeated numerous times over and over in the Bible do NOT be afraid.

Remember when Jesus was on the boat with His disciples and a storm came up? They awoke Jesus says “aren’t You going to save us?!”Again, it’s easy to just say “stupid disciples don’t you know by now He will protect you from danger? “But yet we still doubt God and His plans for us.

It’s been said before and I will repeat it “fear or doubt is a liar! It’s a lie the devil places in our minds. Fear is a lack of faith in God and a lack of trust in Him.

Dear Lord,

It’s so easy to believe in technology or even a simple chair we trust will serve its purpose. Help our unbelief and deepen our trust, faith, and belief in You and Your plans for our good. Remind us that You have plans to prosper us not harm us. Remind us how many countless times You’ve delivered us from danger or financial distress in the past. Keep reminding us that You care about ALL our problems big or small. Thank You for caring about us so intensely. Lord, we trust You to be our loving and providing Father that You are. In times of distress remind us You are never out of control. I make all these requests in Your Name. Amen

The Lord of heaven’s armies knows us on more personal level than even our biological father and Mother. Allow me to give you one several scripture words to back this statement up. The Father (our Maker) knows the exact number of hairs on our head. Luke 12:7.

My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Psalm 139: 15

As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things. Ecclesiastes 11:5

God created us and knew our story from start to finish and loves us anyway.

Furthermore He never slumbers and watches over His children.

His love for us is unfathomable. He is a jealous God.

God knows when we stand or when we sit He watches over our coming and going.

Jesus loves us this we know and believe as Christians and believers alike.

I know I’m not the only person who played professional bench warmer. I’m also certain that I am not the only one who got picked last to play games with fellow classmates.

If you look back in scripture it will reveal to you that God didn’t pick flawless disciples or hang out with earthly kings. God picked the most broken people to be his followers. They certainly wouldn’t pass a background check in today’s world they wouldn’t be picked first over highly qualified clients.

God took the broken and sick people to heal, teach and rebuild to spread His message. To show the world how he can restore people and followers alike to be Godly people. It was easier to follow directions from God on how to be healed than it was to be his disciples.

God said” whoever is last will be first.” He also stated “it’s not the healthy that need a doctor.” What greater physician to heal the sick than the one who created you and loves you enough to die for all our sins and ailments. Keep in mind that God timing is not our timing. Trust, believe, and be patient

God has a purpose for you.

January 18, 2022 by Jon_Buhlmann

I am always astonished by the people that say “I can’t say for sure or not if I was going to die immediately if I professed with my mouth or actions that I believe in God? I would say “ yes or prove it!

The Bible is clear when it comes to this situation! It states if you deny you know Me before man I will deny knowing you before my Father. With that said “ it makes me believe that those type of people don’t grasp how awful hell is or how short life is on earth also how long eternalness is. Second I don’t believe they under how wonderful heaven is the Maker of heaven has made for `his sheep or how awful hell will be. To me the difference between the two is black and white.

God is able to do far more to us than mere mortals ever will.

Wouldn’t you prefer to be dead wrong finding out there is no God then find out you get to spend eternity in hell for denying Christ?

I would personally profess believing in Christ because my relationship with Him is stronger and I don’t fear death. Death has lost it’s sting a long time ago and only lasts but a second.

Know where your final destination is and stand firm in your faith! Again what can mere mortals do to us?

October 5, 2022 by Jon_Buhlmann What do you cherish more your earthly life or your eternal life? Think of this in every moment when your led to

October 5, 2022 by Jon_Buhlmann

What do you cherish more your earthly life or your eternal life? Think of this in every moment when your led to share your faith or in a spiritual battle. You gain temporary things on earth and eternal gifts when you do what the Holy Spirit leads you to do. Another thought to ponder is what can mortals do to you that our Lord can’t fix? The answer is kill you…when doing the things that the Holy Spirit leads us to do…nothing that is eternal you’ll receive the kingdom of heaven and that’s eternal. When you face difficulties or deceitful thoughts from the devil remember how God saved Joesph, saved Daniel in the lions den, Job from suffering and loss, Noah and the animals, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego from the furnace. God will either protect you from all harm or take you to be with Him eternally in heaven.

One common fear is the fear of death…thoughts that stem from this fear is not truly believing that we are going to spend eternal life with Jesus or eternal life in hell. God knew we were going to mess up, God knew that we were going to do evil acts. It’s the gift of grace and His mercy that saves us from damnation. That’s the whole point of the cross is that He paints this picture of His mighty love!

Blessed are those who remain faithful through life’s circumstances.

In our moments of doubt remember God’s strength is presented in our weaknesses. I encourage everyone to trust God and His plans for our lives. Apply doubts of whether or not it’s the Holy Spirit leading us to do something to the word of God. In doing so you will know that beyond a shadow of death that it’s truly the Holy Spirit leading us to do something. Jesus will lead you to where you are free.

Do not fear losing your earthly life do kingdom work, and know He will protect you or take you home with Him and you will hear “good job my good and faithful servant.

October 3, 2022 by Jon_Buhlmann

Somehow we get into our minds and some firmly believe that because I’m a good person I did something’s to expand heaven’s family members God owes me for this! Romans 3:23 states for ALL have sinned and fall SHORT of the glory of God.

We often forget the price God put His beloved Son through on that cross so that we may enter heaven. We deserve nothing but condemnation anything less than that is a blessing.

Furthermore, we are dead apart from God, we can do nothing so no matter what we did was NOT us that did that great deed that is God all the way.

Give God the credit where credit is due. After all, He created us in the secret place. So how can one believe that the giver of Life gave us every opportunity on our life on earth to do something that makes us feel inside the Holy Spirit working in us. The credit belongs to God and NOT a God owes you. If it wasn’t for the Holy Spirit working inside of us more times than NOT we’d pass up the chance.

How many of you like hearing people boast about something astonishing that they did on their OWN? Doubtful that God cherishes it anymore than the next person. Boasting athletes about their accomplishments after the game without mentioning God and instead of giving God the glory He deserves.

Who do you decide is worth advertising for? Do you decide to wear the newest Adidas logo or the latest Under Armor shirt to blend

Who do you decide is worth advertising for? Do you decide to wear the newest Adidas logo or the latest Under Armor shirt to blend in with a community of people who can afford to buy such clothes? I’ll ask you one more time: Who’s worth advertising or fitting in with? My personal decision would be to advertise the One who shed His innocent blood, who created the world and EVERYTHING in it according to His good and gracious will. Adidas and other major businesses don’t care in the least about your purchase of their products. I can tell you that, in my own personal experiences, I get more compliments from random strangers about how they love my shirts. Who greater to represent than our Creator, of the universe? Or among an elite group of Christ Followers?

Another idea to ponder: especially it comes to the end of times, the more people you reach with your Christ Followers shirts as an ice breaker, the more opportunities you have to ask, “Some random stranger, “May I pray for the stranger that God puts you in to have a personal message to tell them or pray for about their struggles or difficulties?” (Especially at a major well-known hospital in Rochester Minnesota where a Mayo Clinic is located. Or a painful doctor’s office). The power of prayers has no limit. There is only a limit to the power that a Christ Follower has 24/7 365 to help anyone. Prayer and our God exist in or your doubt and impatience.

I do NOT and REFUSE to keep the gospel message from anyone or stop being a follower of Christ follower for any reason or circumstances. This is especially true when someone might be offended by my faith and advertising a Prince of Peace or praying in public, telling your cashier God bless, and making sure that ALL people you encounter know your beliefs.

Dear Lord,
Please help us realize just how magnificent You are! Your great love for Your creation, Your power and the gifts we have in and through You! May we advertise YOU than some popular name brand of clothing. Help us spread the word of God as much as humanly possible. Help us O’ Lord to remember You care enough to care about us enough to count the number of hairs on ALL of our heads. Let’s make heaven, crowded! In Your Name we pray. Amen.

I credit this quote to a great friend of mine whom I respect deeply he stated, “your value is determined by whom you’re using a

I credit this quote to a great friend of mine whom I respect deeply he stated, “your value is determined by whom you’re using a measuring stick.” For example, a car hits the auction belt, and it is valued at 12,890 the very next car had only one difference between the two because they claimed they had proof Elvis had been in that car, so it brought that cars value to 32,900. It’s all about who or what you value.

In the world in which we live now and has been for quite some time this way. Parents push their kids to pursue things that have no eternal value, such as sports or public speaking. The adult world is all about the letters behind your name. Compared to someone else who had no letters behind their name but had amazing talent and on-the-job training. Who do you think was hired?
Ben Fuller states it well in his song Who I Am, I’m a child of the most-high God and the most-high God’s.

For me. That’s all it really boils down to your eternity and if you can honestly say, ‘I’m a child of the most-high God and the most-high God is for me!’ When we can say that and believe that lyric without a shadow of doubt what the world says YOU are worth becomes mute.

What is the value placed on you and me by God? He gave us everything we could have or dream of having, but the fall of man comes into play. God’s perfect Son is sent to take the punishment for sins, without any wrongdoing. He was blameless and executed for us all, not just for Himself. God’s message is that we are worth dying for. He not only created us from the dust, but also made everything that makes us alive and breathing, human beings’ souls and all. Then He sends His one and only Son in our place to die for us. We are worth creating and dying for!
